THE STORY
Out of the sample vault. Into your rotation.
The Air Jordan 6 Retro "Infrared Salesman" is one of the most storied drops in Jordan Brand history. Originally spotted in a 1999 catalog as an elusive salesman sample that never hit retail, this release marks 35 years of the AJ6 by finally bringing it to life — flipped. Reversed midsole accents, bold Light Crimson branding, a sample-style hang tag, and a "Not For Resale" stamp on the inner collar. This isn't just a sneaker. It's a piece of sneaker history that almost didn't exist. Extremely limited. This is not a restock piece.
Wear the archive. Own the legend.
Why It Hits Different
- "Infrared Salesman" colorway — the reverse of a true classic, straight from the '99 sample vault
- Reversed midsole accents — a bold, intentional flip of the original Infrared design
- Light Crimson heel branding — energized, unmistakable, collector-grade detail
- Sample hang tag + "Not For Resale" inner collar stamp — the full sample DNA, intact
- Premium upper — built for durability and structure across decades
- Nike Air cushioning — responsive comfort rooted in performance heritage
- Rubber outsole — traction and durability that holds up on any surface
