Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us in the DèɛpEŋD.

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service at help@deependlux.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item for exchanges not due to faults of DèɛpEŋD. Shipping costs for these requests are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
